Our pre-pitched campsite sits on a premium, spacious and level plot, with plenty of room to relax outside your tent.

We’re right beside the main festival arena, just a short walk from the stages, food and entertainment, with toilets, hot showers and water points right on our doorstep.

Pre-pitched guests also have access to VIP parking in the neighbouring field, making arrival easy. No hauling bulky camping equipment across the festival.

Vegan Camp Out 2027 FAQ

Where are the tents pitched?

All of our tents are together in the official pre-pitched campsite, on a spacious, level plot right beside the main festival arena.

When you arrive, simply come to Circular Camping reception. Our team will check you in, show you to your tent and explain the facilities available during your stay.

Can I stay for the full festival?

Yes. If your Vegan Camp Out ticket includes camping for the full event, your Circular Camping tent is yours for the same period.

There is no additional nightly charge. The price shown covers your tent for the whole festival.

What time can I arrive?

You don't need to arrive at a particular time. Our team is available throughout the event to welcome pre-pitched customers and show you to your tent.

Your tent will already be pitched and waiting, so even if you arrive late, there's no campsite set-up to worry about.

Can I camp with you if I do not have a VIP ticket?

No. You do not need a VIP ticket.

If you have a valid VCO weekend camping ticket, you can book a Circular Camping pre-pitched tent.

If you have a VIP ticket then you will have access to all of the facilities located within the VIP area on top of your booking with us.

Pre-pitched guests also have access to the nearby VIP parking area, making it a short walk from your car to the campsite.

Are there toilets and showers nearby?

Yes. Toilets, hot showers and water points are located right on the doorstep of the pre-pitched campsite.

These facilities are shared with other designated festival guests rather than being exclusive to Circular Camping customers.

Do I need to bring camping equipment?

That depends on how lightly you'd like to travel!

Your booking includes your chosen tent, fully pitched and ready for you. You can bring your own bedding and equipment, or add one of our accessory packages and have your camping essentials waiting inside your tent.

Do I have to take the tent down when I leave?

No. That's one of the best bits.

When you're ready to leave, pack your personal belongings and go. Our team takes care of dismantling the tent and preparing the equipment for its next use.

No wrestling with tent poles, no trying to squeeze everything back into the bag and no packing away a wet tent.

What happens if there's a problem with my tent or equipment?

Come and see us at reception. Our team is on site throughout the event.

If something we've supplied develops a problem, such as a leaking tent or deflating airbed, we'll aim to repair or replace it as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying the festival.

Can I charge my phone?

Yes. Pre-pitched customers will have access to discounted power bank rental, giving you a convenient way to keep your phone charged throughout the weekend.

Can I camp with friends who have booked separately?

Yes. After booking, let us know who you'd like to camp beside and we'll do our best to pitch your tents together.

We can't guarantee individual pitch locations, but we'll accommodate group requests wherever possible.

Why choose Circular Camping instead of bringing my own tent?

Because you can enjoy camping at VCO without most of the work that comes with it.

There's less to carry, nothing to pitch and nothing to pack away. Your tent is checked and ready before you arrive, our team is there if you need us, and optional accessory packages mean you can travel remarkably light.

You bring yourself and your festival gear. We'll handle the camping.

Do you provide tent hire in access camping?

Our tents are currently pitched within the designated pre-pitched campsite rather than the festival's accessible campsite.

If you have accessibility requirements, contact us before booking and we'll talk through what we can accommodate.

Can I get a full refund?

If you need to refund your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible - Please make sure you have your order reference on hand!
