I'm unable to check out my basket

This is usually because Shopify requires you to enter a mainland UK address in order to be able to complete an order which needs to be collected from us on site. Please enter any random UK address to bypass this issue. It will not affect your purchase in any way.

A second reason would be that you have a combination of items with incompatible collection locations. For example, if you have one of our click and collect products specific to another festival in your basket alongside products specifically for Vegan Camp Out, then you will not be able to check out.

Where do I collect my order from?

Please head to our camping shop once you are ready to collect your order. Our shop will be shown on the site map once it is released by the event. Stewards and other campers may also be able to guide you to our shop. We will share the site map here on our website once it is live.

Help! I want to buy some camping gear but can't take it home with me.

Simply return it to our shop at the end of the event and we will do our best to recycle your equipment.

What times will you be open for me to collect my order?
