Download FAQ

Can I stay for 5 nights?

Yes!

Purchase a 5 night weekend camping ticket via Ticketmaster and you will be able to stay with us for the full duration of the event.

Those holding a 3 night camping ticket will be able to stay for 3 nights.

Can I camp with you if I do not have an eco camping ticket?

Typically we are based in Eco Camp and offer a ticket exchange service so that people with general or quiet camping wristbands can switch their ticket type over and access our service. We are hoping to replace the need for a ticket exchange in 2026 by issuing our own wristbands which will override any existing wristband that you hold.

Do you provide tent hire to access camping?

Sadly we do not currently offer this as a service. However, we are hopeful that we will be able to at future Download Festivals!

Can I get a full refund?

If you need to refund your order, we recommend that you contact Ticketmaster at your earliest possible convenience.
