Can anyone book a tent now?

Yes - general sale is open to all Download ticket holders. You don’t need an access code anymore, but tents and add-ons are limited and will sell out fast. Please ensure you have booked your Download weekend camping ticket separately.

Can I stay for 5 nights?

Yes!

Purchase a General Camping 5 night weekend camping ticket via Ticketmaster and you will be able to stay with us for the full duration of the event.

Those holding a 3 night camping ticket will be able to stay for 3 nights.

The price of our service does not change: your tent is pitched ready for you a week in advance.

Am I able to get my weekend ticket type changed so that I can stay with you?

Yes. You need to hold a weekend 3 or 5 day general camping ticket to stay with us. If you currently hold an Eco or Quiet ticket then you we can manage that exchange for you here: Download 2026 Ticket Exchange – Circular Camping

What information do I need for check-in?

Simply give us your booking name and we will show you to your tent so that you can start enjoying your time at Download straight away.

Do you provide tent hire to access camping?

Sadly we do not currently offer this as a service. However, we are hopeful that we will be able to at future Download Festivals!

Can I get a full refund?

If you need to refund your order, we recommend that you contact Ticketmaster at your earliest possible convenience.
