Where are you based this year?

Circular Camping is in Red Campsite, in our own fenced pre-pitched campsite area.

Our reception is inside the Circular Camping campsite, not elsewhere on site.

Can I buy things at reception?

Yes, we will have a small reception/shop area on site selling useful camping bits and essentials, subject to availability.

Will my tent be ready when I arrive?

Yes. Your tent will already be pitched and ready for you when you arrive.

When you get to our reception, our team will check your booking and show you to your tent.

How will I know which tent is mine?

Each tent will be labelled with the lead booker’s name.

A member of our team will help check you in and show you where to go.

Have I booked a package?

If you booked a package, the word PACKAGE will appear in your Ticketmaster order details.

For example, your product name may look like:

1 Berth Tent PACKAGE

If your booking does not say PACKAGE, then you have booked tent hire only.

What is included in a package booking?

Package bookings include:

1 airbed, 1 sleeping bag and 1 camping chair per person.

So, for example, a 2 berth package includes a double airbed, 2 sleeping bags and 2 chairs.

Do I need a 5 day camping ticket?

No. It does not matter if you have booked 3 day camping rather than 5 day camping.

You just need a valid Download general camping ticket that allows you into the campsite.

I booked Quiet Camping or Eco Camping by mistake. Can I still stay with Circular Camping?

Yes. After passing through the initial ticket gate, head to the Box Office and explain that you need your ticket exchanged so you can camp with Circular Camping in Red Campsite.

Do you have toilets and showers?

There are toilets right opposite the Circular Camping campsite entrance.

Public showers are available in District X.

Is there a water point?

Yes. There is a water point right outside our campsite.

How far is it to the village and arena?

There are shortcuts to both the village and the arena.

As a rough guide, it is around a 15 minute walk.

I bought a Circular Camping tent hire ticket from someone else. What do I do?

If you bought a Circular Camping tent hire booking through resale or directly from another customer, and Ticketmaster ticket exchange has now closed, please bring proof with you.

This could be:

- The email thread with the seller

- Your purchase receipt

- Any proof showing the original booking details

The tent will still be labelled with the original booker’s name, but if you can show us proof of purchase, we will check you in and show you to the tent.
